The funniest thing I've seen all year

Here's my contender for funniest YouTube video of the year. What's yours?

There's not much that gets me bent over double, tears streaming down my face, as I gag for breath between snorts and squeals of laughter.

But this recent video of comedian James Veitch - he of the scamming-the-internet-scammers fame - did just that.

James Veitch Is A Terrible Roommate - CONAN on TBS

There's something about his approach to life that resonates with me. His willingness to embrace the absurd and push it to ridiculous extremes strikes such a chord.

Or maybe it speaks to the prankster in me, the one who recently spent a week bombarding a colleague with stealthy little love notes from God, after he wrote a series of articles questioning his existence.

Anyway, I loved this video so much, I wanted to share it with you. And in return, I encourage you to share your favourite comedy clips of the year, too!

You can leave the URLs in the comments section with a brief line or two about why you love it, or create a post (as I've done here) via your unique member dashboard.

Come on guys, it's time we shared a good laugh!
