For me this year, it's all about finally kicking these demon ciggies and losing weight/getting fit.
And while some days it really doesn't feel like fun (after all, what's life without my only surviving vices, taunts the sneaky she-devil on my shoulder), what I've learned is that support and encouragement are king when trying to break lifelong bad habits.
So who better to tap for inspiration and advice than you, our amazing Ys Community.
