So it's mid-January and some of our new year's resolutions are waivering. We want to hear your tips to stay motivated and quit those bad habits, like cigarettes and junk food.

So, just how are those new year's resolutions going, guys?

We can do this .

If you're anything like me, it's about now that you find yourself waivering ... whether it be on your plan to quit smoking, lose weight, exercise more, get fit or kick those drugs to the kerb for good.

For me this year, it's all about finally kicking these demon ciggies and losing weight/getting fit.

And while some days it really doesn't feel like fun (after all, what's life without my only surviving vices, taunts the sneaky she-devil on my shoulder), what I've learned is that support and encouragement are king when trying to break lifelong bad habits.

So who better to tap for inspiration and advice than you, our amazing Ys Community.

Do you have advice on how to kick the durries for good. Are you the weightloss king or queen who managed to keep it off?

Or, like my incredibly inspirational colleague George (From a stroke, to peak fitness in my 60s), did you make the necessary health changes to save your life?

Come on guys, get involved! Help me and your fellow YsFriends stay motivated and on track in 2018, we'll love you for it!
