Egg curry a favourite breakfast dish
That’s when I remember my mum's breakfast egg curry recipe. I've always enjoyed eggs and this dish, while tasty, is also easy to make.
It takes about 20 minutes to prepare and you can enjoy it in the morning, afternoon or evening. That’s what I call beautiful and wholesome.
To serve 2-3 people, here's what to do.
The best bread you can have with this is the Kerala porotta (made from fine flour). Or you can go with the normal Indian or English bread. It still works.
